CCDC AvMC and the Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC-R) have established a contracting process that allows flexibility and minimal administrative burden. To initiate a Task Order, contact the CCDC AvMC Program Manager (last tab on this site). The CCDC AvMC GTRI UARC Contract Program Manager, Josh Smothers, will provide the most current guidance. Please note that the first step in establishing a Task Order is to request an S3I Control Number from the Program Manager so all further documentation can reference that control number.
CCDC AvMC specialists will actively work with Task Order Sponsors to prepare and submit the required documents for a Contract Requirements Package (CRP). The GTRI Contract Support Office (CSO) will work with GTRI Project Engineers to be responsive to government requests. Contact us to request a meeting to discuss the process and advantages of using the UARC contract. An estimate of the time required to issue a task order is 90 days after submission of the CRP by CCDC AvMC to ACC-R.
A flow diagram representing the CCDC GTRI UARC contract Task Order award process is below.
