The CCDC GTRI UARC contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order type contract with provisions for issuance of Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders for providing these services. Individual requirements will be solicited, negotiated and awarded as task orders during the term of the contract.
The task orders under the contract may be incrementally funded. Any task orders that are incrementally funded will include an incremental funding schedule and is subject to "Availability of Funds" (FAR 52.232-18) and "Limitation of Funds" (FAR 52.232.22) clauses. Incremental funding modifications that are within the scope of the task order performance work statement and that do not exceed the kinds and quantities of resources contained in the task order will be issued on a unilateral basis without a written proposal from the contractor.
